If you choose to work with us after completing the discovery call, we will send a pre questionnaire to fill out in advance.

The questionnaire will ask for your full medical history, and a 3 day food diary.

This helps us prepare notes in advance to our initial consultation.

During your 90 minute consultation we will ask in depth questions about your full medical history, health issues and lifestyle. The more information we have the better results for you!

After your initial consultation you will receive your personalised plan within 48 hours. It will cover nutrition, supplement, and lifestyle changes. The nutritionist will ask for a follow up within 7 days to talk you through the plan.

The timeframe for seeing results from working with a nutritionist varies based on your specific health concerns. Generally, if you adhere to the recommended plan, most clients begin to notice improvements within a few weeks.

There are two approaches to testing:

  1. Standard Tests: Your nutritionist can suggest specific tests that can be performed by your local doctor, provided they are open to conducting them. After the tests are completed, simply request a copy of your results and forward them to your nutritionist. 
  2. Specialised Functional Tests: For more comprehensive or detailed analysis, the nutritionist may suggest additional functional tests. These specialised tests provide in-depth insights but come with an extra fee. Your nutritionist will discuss the benefits and costs of these tests with you before proceeding.

The choice between these options depends on your individual health needs and preferences. We aim to provide you with the most appropriate and cost-effective testing strategy for your situation.
